MY BIRTHDAY....

  I'll be 60 come Sunday March 7...all those years managed to dodge hospitals and any kind of major surgery. Last Friday went under the knife for the frist time in my life. Laid me on a table, butt up, cut into my left lung. Drained 4 liters of fluid off said lung. Jammed a tube in, drained off another liter, then laid up 2 days peeing into a cath(an event unto itself, funny too) all for bout $50,000. Have come full circle joined that great crowd of seniors who have been sliced and diced, done before the age of 60. How's that for a birthday story, eh?

  Hi Ya Hemp Lover.........feelin better every day, this will be one birthday I'll savior for a long time to come...

  No insurance, however there are several programs that are reviewing my situation, one has already give an ok to help with the expense...heh, heh after all the paperworks done...which is more time consuming than having been in the hosptal...
