They say the best way to strafe off from picking up viruses and other nasties is to wash your hands

3 or 4 times a day particularly if your spend the day out in the public such as malls, public civic

buildings just about anywhere there is a constant flow of people.

This includes assembly halls and kingdom halls, not only will you get mentally infected,

you could also pick up a physical viral infection.

I keep the flies away by being real still... Their eyes are made by Jehovah to detect motion... I learned that in the Awake!

Somehow the "stank of love" and "Awake education" doesn't go together.

I shower daily - sometimes twice.

I floss. Brush my teeth twice daily.

I use a towel to open the public washroom doors. And yes, I do wash me hands.

I wipe down gym equipment before and after I use it.

I'd say I'm above average. Filthy apostates usually aren't.

Sometimes, I wonder why God made men!
