Ok here's my response:
I don't think my questions were insulting.
The GB have been wrong, and have changed policies back and forth on numerous occasions. Think about the heamophilliacs that could not accept factor VIII in the 1970's and 80's and had a shortened, poorer quality of life because because of that. Whereas now it is a perfectly acceptable blood fraction (obtained from donated blood like all other fractions) - so why can't they be questioned? Most witnesses don't know who they are, yet they have so much control on the rank and file witness, so again my question is valid.
In fact I would guess you question them or I would have a thought that you would be following the advice provided by the FDS in the Kingdom Ministry Sept '02
"Bear in mind that our heavenly Father has an appointed channel of communication, “the faithful and discreet slave.” That “slave” has the responsibility to determine what information is made available to the household of faith, as well as “the proper time” for it to be dispensed. This spiritual food is available only through the theocratic organization. We should always look to God’s appointed channel for reliable information, not to a network of Internet users.—Matt. 24:45."
