They have phones in stores that customers have access to. Perhaps someone grabbed it and knew the right buttons to push to go on the intercom.
Certainly this was not sanctioned by the store.
I would have stayed if they said all white people leave, unless I did sense danger of any kind.
They have a record of serving all people equally, and hiring all types of people.
