Yes. There was a single brother in my old hall that got df'd for homosexuality. Got reinstated and a few years back became an elder. He had to step down as an elder because he started nursing school and couldn't handle all of it. But he's still in good standing.

There's been a few never-married COs as well.
Not to mention GB members.

yes, Fred Franz and John Booth of the GB(both now deceased) has never been married. One of my ex POs has never been married and he is still the COBOE, he is a very tall brother, he has authority figure. He was raised "in the truth", he was a valendictorian in high school, he did get a college degree after 4 years. He is now in his 50's. He was PO for two decades.

Yes, in fact for certain special privileges the WTBTS demands men be single. The ministerial training school started off as only for single brothers. At the end of the school brothers were given assignments and usually appointed to positions of oversight shortly thereafter. I did hear rumours that these brothers had to promise not to marry for several years following their graduation I appreciate this may have been a rumour so will fully understand if anyone corrects me on this point.

Jesus wasn't married nor was Paul.
When I was a teenager, Bethelite men were required to sign on for 4 years and stay single.
