They cannot do anything unless they have tried to contact you on several occations, so either you are not telling the truth - you HAVE been contacted - or else they are committing a grave error - they have NOT tried to contact you - in which instance their "verdict" will have to be nullified. It is one of the two. But because you sent the letter, now neither you nor we will ever know.

No they have not tried to contact us. Not by phone, letter or any other means. Even my inlaws live in the same apt complex we do and not even through them - not that they should go through them - but if they wanted to contact us they have ways and we didnt receive anything.
I guess we will never know....
