Or, it can mean to spread - as in sow seeds.
Maybe he's done with sowing?

Yes, I can mend, sew on buttons, cook, do laundry, iron and clean (Mom didn't raise her sons to be helpless dummies).
"men sewing. I think it's HOT!"
True. If more men knew how hot it was to cook a meal or something for your woman.........we'd follow you to the ends of the earth!
I can knit. Does that count?
Yes.
I even designed and sewed myself a pair of politically incorrect trousers back in the seventies. My eyesight isn't what it used to be and I doubt I could do the same again.
Cheers
Chris
Hi White Dove,
In advertising media men are now often made to look like incompetent fools with the women having to 'do' everything for them.
Its seems to be 'How much is a woman worth if you had to pay for someone to 'do' all she does around the home & looking after the kids'
Seldom is the worth of a capable man considered.
I'm skilled at using all those 'butch' tools I mentioned earlier to do 'manly' jobs around the house & for other people & as a gay man I think men are wonderful & I will defend them to the death!!!!
I crocheted an 18" doily of varagated, pastel colors.
I learned all about singles, doubles, and tribbles:) and how to read the code on the recipe.
I want to start another doily just like it in different colors.
When I was a little girl, my mom bought me a toy sewing machine that glued the pieces together. I loved it!
I also learned in the past few years how to knit a little. I knitted my gramma a chevron patterned blanket in different shades of orchid/lavender.
New. (but if I did, I think I'd be really good at it )
(I can sew buttons, of course).
no, I do not need to. I buy clothes from the store. If I need some help, I go to the alteration store, it has been years since I need them.
