I too am in the medical field.....
While I too prefer bloodless options, if it was a case of do or die I would have my child transfused and EVERY JW who an RN or better says the same privately.
So if it was a case of do or die would you withold blood from your child? Also are you well versed in the WTS history of blood and medicine (Clayton Woodworth, Golden Age Magazine). Please keep in mind the WTS's stance still is that any (ANY) blood that leaves the body in a non-circular manner and is returned to the body is a transfusion....
Also the concept that you feel open to question or criticize any teaching shows a great deal of naivety on your part as it could get you DFd again! Especially now in this type of period!
Do you even discern the definition of apostasy?
I am really worried about you, I understand you have been out for awhile but straying so far into 'uncharted waters' is warned strongly against!

Besides the thing about being a doctor, not being able to spell, and the blood issue - she says she was just reinstated and then wanted to come to this board.
As if she thought you have to be a JW in good standing to post here? Or am I the only one that got this idea?
