Asilent - is the sprinkle you're looking for to provide color or flavor? In either case, I'd recommend paprika, parsley and sliced black olives.
I just bought Potato Salad recently, what should I sprinkle on them?

WD, my favorite misspelled word, "loose". As in "I need to loose some weight". Grrr that drives me nutz!
Loose weight?

freshly ground black pepper peps things up, but if you fancy a change from just black then freshly ground mixed peppercorns give it pepper with a spicy bonus.
a little mustard/powder stirred into bland bases can liven things up.

Okay okay okay, ENOUGH with the spelling and grammar jokes on this thread, please. It's past and not appropriate anymore. It would behoove you to read all the posts.
Paprika and some of that cheese that Outlaw mentioned sounds pretty good to me.
How'd it taste, A silent one?

I don't know if anyone mentioned dill? I love dill on just about any type of salad.

I'm probably late but......
Here is one of the best ways to taste them:
First one: Oil, vinegar, 1 onion smashed, 2 garlic, parsley, salt pepper and 2, 3 table spoon of mayonnaise.
2nd recipee: Olive oil, vinager, salt, pepper, tomatos sliced, some green beans, celery, black and green olives, capern, some corn (maïs), origan! Here is a tasty, coloured italian salad .
