Harriet's Haven opened with much fanfare on the corner of Main and wooster. Harriet's reputation as an artistic maven was legendary and everyone with pets or w/o showed up to see the new and very colorful pet hotel. Harriet had spared no expense with the decorative aspects of the place since she was very fond of animal art but when the mayor's cowardly craven dog Buster refused to enter due to his fear of bright colors the success of the new venture was suddenly in question.
