You sound really well adjusted to life outside the Borg which is great plus having family and friends with you I think does make leaving a bit easier. However, its surprising how deep JW conditioning goes as you said it feels like such a big step posting for the first time on JWN.
Its great how many new posters are currently coming onboard.

If this is in reference to me, here are the reasons:
- I was conflicted about "stumbling" my daughter who is a zealous JW
- I didn't know that I could register on my work computer
- I am very shy and diffident by nature

I thought I had read one time that you couldn't figure out how to register and finally a young person had to help you or something. That's why it was funny, because it sounded so much like me trying to find my way around on a computer.

That is correct.
My nine-year old granddaughter set up my account!
I thought I had to have a new account to post from the work computer, but my workmate set me straight on that!
I'm a hopeless luddite.
