Single. I think most people in the end, just want to find someone who gets them, to feel understood, and validated. And on that note, I'm really not looking now, I have to figure out how to get out of a cult, sort of a priority right now for me. lol. Plus I'm fighting with Aussie man. Don't ask.

I think your response above is a classic case of misunderstandings and miscommunications common between the opposite sexes even among people who are married and living together for along time. Renowned researchers and communication experts have over and over again, pointed out that men and women think and communicate diferently. Its not only that but also interpretate sometimes statements differently. WD, I do not want or intend to hurt your feelings but to me, I understood from that perspective that what ASO stated and how you responded later, is based on that views. WD, I think you will not be suprised that ASO has even gone a head to start a new thread to solicit views from guys about why women are hard to understand. That is how I get the picture. I do not want to say Iam either correct or incorrect but that is how I see thing the way they are from that perspective. Ok my sister? Please, feel free to correct me because its part of learning and growing up for me.

You are right. I don't hang out in bars or places that attract such people. Nascar can kiss my grits, too. I hang out at home but do go to the mall, walk the dog, and hang out in the library. I guess I do hang out! The library seems to me to be the best place to find the brainy guys that like to talk deeper about philosophical things, religion and politics in a non-confrontational and more objective way. At least that's what I suspect. I like articulate, literate, and deep thinking men. Won't find them in bars numbing their minds!
