I was going to ask everybody to post their before and after photos so that I could make little paper dolls and stand them up on the table where I sit at my computer. Then, you'd all be my imaginary pseudo-Kingdom Hall and we could have meetings together.
But, the doctor came in and asked me what I was doing and I told him. Now he has me sedated. So...I'm getting.....sort...of drowsy now..........

I used to h ave a goatee, but it started to get gray...:(
I don't think I have any pics from that time...
I am getting older, a little more grays, more of a spare tire than I like to admit and my workouts take more outof me than they used to !
On the bright side, I can use the " I am too old for this shit" excuse more often !!
