I would say you have a hardware problem, usually the motherboard/BIOS/memory.
The machine can't output to the VDU so, instead conveys information to you via coded beeps!
So, small penis and low intellect is not far off the mark :)

It means that they want you to get out of their way... you're blocking traffic - or going too slow, and they want to pass.
