JW's ( me included- I hated that Babylon book) sure wasted a lot of Tuesday night book study time learning who the King of the North and South were and how they were going to precipitate the great battle of Armageddon.

Even if a Muslim launched a nuclear device this would not cause a worldwide nuclear strike. The World doomsday clock moved back 2 minutes recently due to the world situation.

I wouldn't say the nuclear threat is over but I would definitely say that Borg progress really fell off after the end of the Cold War.
