What is your concept of God?

A complete mess. They try to tell me that God and Jesus were, if not the same person, of the same purpose. However, that is a blatant lie intended to dirtify natural things for humans.

The truth about God is that He is nothing more than an Almighty Lowlife Scumbag that gets His kicks out of causing the human race to fail. He is a complete Tyrant. He will invent "sins", then pretend that He will deliver us from those "sins" IF we give up everything that's any fun and work for Him. In the meantime, any attempt at fulfillment may, at His sole discretion, be shot down by Him for His selfish kicks.

As for Jesus, his message was much closer to Satan's than God's. Jesus had to use "Satan" as a metaphor to get people to look past their religions and religious leaders (and Jehovah). This "Satan" is no more like the real Satan in Eden than Jesus' "God" is the same as Jehovah. Both the Edenic Satan and Jesus tried to preach freedom of thinking and to be one's own god instead of relying on any Jehovah.

God/dess to me is the universe and everything we see and feel around us. It nurtures us by feeding us and keeping us alive. Also, it is very pleasing to the eye and senses in how it displays itself, so giving us pleasure in addition to nurture.

I could start out with a very "Tao" or "Confucious" thing to say:

We have enough to worry about in life, why worry about the afterlife?
That would include worrying about God to some degree.
I fit most closely with the lable that people insist upon: ATHEIST. I fit that best because I would accept God if He offered real tangible proof of existence, but otherwise he is like the Invisible Pink Unicorn or Flying Spaghetti Monster to me.

Despite your belief, you can live by a moral code and assume that your God will understand why you lived as you did. In my case, I begged God for direction and wound up in the Jehovah's Witnesses, a dangerous mind-control cult. So either God will understand why I no longer wait for his directions, or he will be so intolerant of my choices (as many fundamentalist Christians teach) that I wouldn't want to serve such a tyrant.

I will pile on by saying that the recorded life of Jesus doesn't depict a man who believed that God was as the Old Testament pictured him. Either Jesus was wrong or the Old Testament was wrong (okay, not literal for you hardcore believers).

I'd call you an agnostic, OTWO, not an atheist. I think the majority of mankind are agnostics, even the majority of those who claim to be atheists.

God is love. That love is in each one of us. It starts out as a seed and depending on how we've been raised and treated that seed grows and whatever that seed becomes inside of us, it displays the love that has grown from tha god seed.

A good example of that seed growing is Mary, J's mom. Her god seed grew into a person named Jesus who displayed love perfectly.

What this means in projecting my concept of God further is any woman can have a god seed that grows into a loving and powerful person.

PS, My god seed was stunted for 28 years because some old men in New York City took over the care of that seed that I should have been doing on my own. Now it's growing again.

    Does this make sense?
