Independant Party. They always seem to get a nominee - who never goes anywhere - and usually mucks it up for the real parties.

If I was a politician I wouldn't want 1M JWs knocking on doors to endorse me. I suspect the general population views them as some form of a cross between a joke and religiously obsessed.

Since the stated selection is only Republican or Democrat, I'd say "Republican" because of their quasi-fundamentalist mentality. The Republicans have been courting the conservative religious right for many decades now, so that would be right up the WTBTS' alley...
However, others have pointed out Nazi [their recruitment techniques were STRIKINGLY similar to those used by the Nazi Party prior to and during WWII]...
To get REALLY technical, they're trying to be a "theocracy"... A rigid, harshly-enforced, conservative/fundamentalist theocracy...

Ubber Conservative but also socialistic to the point of being Nazi but also lacking 'balls" of any sort.
It's hard to imagine how stupid life would be if a Bethel mentality ran the country

But can you imagine if they did get behind a candidate? Over one million going door to door conveying messages, even to the point of perhaps reasoning with people on why to vote for their guy. And doing all of this on their dime!
dissed Good assessment. Of course, unlike other parties, the WTS party which I think would be on the Repulican side, would order members to report their hours done in poliical campaigning. That would be a good motivation for the dubs.

They would be one of those cranky little parties that set up petitions at the supermarket, and everyone has heard of, but they do not qualify for the ballot and their candidates get only .03% of the vote while they are sure they are saving the world.
