Wow, that was so nice of them to capitalize almost every word.
Outlaw, as usual, this is quite funny. However, by replying to them, you have legitismized your email as being active and having a live person at it. They can now use it for other scams and even sell it to other companies.
I kind of enliken these scams to those auto-calling programs. When you answer the phone and no one is there and then you get a real telemarketer calling you back within 30 minutes.
At any rate, it is actually better not to reply to these people .... OR... if you wish to reply, create a 'dummy' email and reply back to them using that. This way they don't have your primary email.
