If you have the money, hire a lawyer. A lawyer can make all kinds of very bad things happen to someone... and it will all be legal with no recourse available on the part of the recipient.
There's a damn good reason most people hate lawyers. Use it to your advantage.

So your sister went to the woodshed (the kh) and got a whooping (phone call)... Dude it's just another day in JW land. If she doesn't like it just tell her not to go back. If she doesn't want to talk to that brother or any of the others all she has to do is tell them not to call. The guy isn't a criminal because he told her the truth.

(2) Don't confront him in an agitated mood
(3) Hire a Lawyer
(4) Turn the tables on him with scripture and such

A possible approach: Write a short letter to the Body of Elders asking that a judicial committee may have to be formed to investigate the serious sin of reviling.
They may insist that others must witness the act of reviling but technically, it can be a disfellowshipping offense. You might shake them up just by making the accusation. Your call......

Standing up to this dope and calling him and reaming him out was the right thing to do. he will think twice before he calls again. If i understanded your post correct . you inplied you were going to the hall to confront him in person. remember what ever they do to you you have to respond even ruder than they did to you . It's called a taste of their own medicine. when you show these zombies your not taking their crap they will back down

I didn't sleep much last night.....it got worse. This clown actually text my MINOR nephew and encouraged him to sneak out and come to his house.....that he needed to talk to him alone. He says in the text "don't tell your parents"
This guy is in his 40's.
I think he pissed his pants when I got him on the phone. I was told brothers were alert at the hall in case I showed up and drug him out by the throat.
These people are out of control.

I agree with Baba Yaga. No one should be trying to lure a minor out of the house against the parents' wishes. Creepy! Are you sure he's not a child molester?
