The Gulf oil leak has deflated huge areas beneath the North American continent.

As the Southern US states sink under the waves, huge tracts of the North will be dragged south, accounting for increased seismic activity. It is all part of jehoobie's plan to join all the continents together after you have been fed to the dear sweet singing little birdies. AWWW

You would be safe in God's "townlike congregations". Only the "lurving Brotherhood" will hold your evil apostate nose/funbags above (or do I mean under???) the rising floods.

I wouldn't worry Mary - that gorgeous loreal blonde hair will attract red blooded sea rescuers from every lake and ocean to save you.

Kevin Coster being involved in this is a sign it's going to become a Waterworld.

FEEL IT? I WAS SITTING ON IT!!!

I live about 50 KM from the centre of it. I was in a store and thought that is NOT a truck. I was near the back wall of the store right beside the main support wall and just stayed where I was. Turns out that was the wiser thing to do rather than crossing the huge store and heading out to the front doors and windows. I heard the staff in the stockroom yell that it was an earthquake so I just sat there waiting for the shaking to stop wondering if I was going to have to dive down to the floor and wrap myself around my wheelchair for protection.

Then I went downtown to take some papers to my Dr.'s office and all these people were out in the streets and office workers going home early. I couldn't figure it out. Then when I got home I heard that all the government office workers were evacuated from the buildings and sent home. Many of these buildings are very old and will need to be checked for safely.

It's not the first quake I have felt but it sure was the biggest 5.5 and I was almost sitting on top of it.
