So what is the point?
Regards,
Paul
The Point is that those making such claims are like the old TV commercial from the 70s or 80s- with the old lady who
bought a big hambureger- and
TT- I'm glad I entertain you and much as you I!
Romans 1:26- For this cause God feels their vile affections are just FINE: the women who love other women.the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving the Love and Approval of the Triune Majesties. - RCV
All you anti-JWs attack the WTBS, usually because of bad dealings with some hypocrites- or you're hiding some immoral activity YOU practiced...
How about shifting your view from men to God?
What IF the Bible DID teach the Traditional Dogmas of CHURCHianity?
Instead of the title"God" referring to a Supreme Being, it would refer to 3 Supreme Beings wrapped up in One; And so would every reference to Christ; And death would merely mean changing forms with instant Judgment.
Instead of being God's Power: The holy spirit becomes a Nameless, Faceless Ghost-God. The Glorious Kingdom that Christ is the King of, transforms to mean an instant membership pass into Heaven. The Good News about The Kingdom is: "He's RISEN!". Salvation is reduced to a Magic Phrase; and instead of being the grave: "Hell" really DID refer to an Eternal BBQ Pit...and so forth!
Since CHURCHianity has been claiming for centuries that the Bible teaches so many things 'JUST NOT FOUND THERE'- we will make it much EASIER for those passionately attempting to prop such foul teachings up, to delude themselves with the Tradition of CHURCHianity!
For the Ultimate Example, take CHURCHianity's explanation of their Trinity Dogma:
"It is difficult, if not impossible, to explain what the word Person means as applied to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We are accustomed to think of persons as individual human begins, and we know that three persons cannot be one being. The Persons of the Godhead are clearly distinguished from one another in many passages of Scripture; yet they cannot be separated. This truth is beyond complete understanding by our finite minds.
No illustration of the Trinity will suffice to explain this relationship, but we can perhaps get some help by trying to express the relationship mathematically. Men would ordinarily say of the Persons: one plus one plus one equals three. But it would be more accurate to say: one times one times one equals one, for each of the Persons is fully God in the absolute sense, and the three together are the one self-same God.
It is not possible for me to explain this truth fully, but it is necessary to know and to state clearly what the Bible actually says."
So, here we are supposed to believe in a 'Truth' that cannot be understood nor proven!
I'M convinced! Thus, this mock 'Translation' which mocks NOT the Bible itself, but the Dogma that CHURCHianity predicates its teachings on!
WARNING: Please look up the REAL scriptures after reading each one ... to see the Difference between Bible FACT and Church Coprolite!
...This is what Churchoids see when THEY read the Bible ...
Or, by default, do you go to THIS Church?
I love how MadJW has the psychic ability to read everyone's mind. Otherwise, how could she have such magical insight as the following "All you anti-JWs attack the WTBS, usually because of bad dealings with some hypocrites- or you're hiding some immoral activity YOU practiced..."
Note how she immediately tries to deflect the issue from whether or not our issues with the WTS and its absurd doctrines are valid. Rather than address these issues, she makes it about *us*. This is classic sophistry, perfected by hucksters like the Watchtower Society.
MadJW would have made a great 14th-century Catholic, condemning heretics who dared to question the doctrines of his holy mother church. Today, substitute "holy mother church" with "Watchtower clergy" and you've got MadJW!
