Ginger Tea
Slice off a chunk of Ginger and cut off the exterior skin. Place in a mug already filled with boiling hot water (the water will fizzle a little). Add Honey and Fresh Lemon to taste.
Good for when you feel ill.
Wish I had this when I was going through chemotherapy. Fresh ginger is supposed to help alleviate nausea.
For easy recipies, I google something like this: "Recipe easy pork chop ginger" or "recipe easy ginger mahi mahi" or "recipe easy ginger carrots".
