I quit!
I Googled mine and came up with pages and pages of things. Everything from Sarah Palin quiting as Governor to I quit smoking. Last year I Google an old screen name I used on AOL and came up with a reference to it on this board on a list of known apostates on AOL that someone posted several years before I even joined this board. I also found a partial Christmas card list with my name on it from about 10 years before. I wonder how long this stuff stays out there and why sometimes it is there and sometimes you can't find it.

Now google your user name and type Jehovah's-Witness.net after it or even JWN.NET.
To those who must keep their identity concealed, remember , what goes on the Internet....stays on the internet. From what I understand, eventually things get buried somewhat by newer information that comes along but it takes years and will always be out there. For some it may be good to find out if your older posts can be deleted from this site.

Thank exwhyzee but I'm OK. I use Mrsjones5 because in real life I didn't take my husband's name when I married him. Jones is too common, I like my name better and it's not as common. I didn't do it to hide, just thought it was cute...because of that song.
One person (a jw in good standing) did look for me once but they used my real name and got a whole bunch of stuff but it was all non-JWD/JWN stuff.

I googled my real name and came up with a murderer, died a few years ago and it was only after his death that the evidence for his crime surfaced. The creepy thing was his picture, he looked very much like me! My wife said I could pass for him easily. When I was young I lived not too far from him so maybe a relative.......
