He invited me about 4 weeks ago, to be a guest speaker in his cong.
Should i go ahead?
Should i tell him about my situation?
What's the worst that could happen if my cong finds out about this?

I think you should hide the fact that you were uh, 'reproved' and give the talk. When you're up there, ignore the outline and begin talking about your upcoming wedding to an Ewok. Tell the audience that you are unable to sustain an erection for longer than 3 minutes and ask their advice on whether or not you should tell your fiancee. Ask if anyone in the audience has the same problem.
When the attendents come up on stage to haul you off the platform, put up a brave fight and as they're dragging you down the isle, yell out "My god, my god, why have you forsaken me?!"

You can`t give the Talk..And..
You should`nt turn down,going up on stage at another Kingdom Hall..
You should bring a Bucket of chicken with you and hand it to the audience from the stage..
When everyone is done eating,get them to clap..
It will be the best talk any JW will never hear..
