I think I'll just go ahead and give the talk anyway, I've got nothing to loose after all.

Go and give the talk and when they invite you to give the closing prayer mention how much you appreciate your body of elders for having mercy and only reproving you for your recent serious sin. Then mention that in time you hope to have all your priveledges restored.
Then oopen your eyes to see what the reaction is like.

My advice is
1. Pray to Jehovah about it first.
2. FOr your prayer to work you have to WORK in harmony with your prayer
3. When giving the talk , review the chapter in the book, In search of christian freedom by Ray Franz on the Faithful and discreet slave Class.
4 During the talk imply that you are hungry and would love someone to cook a nice meal for you after the meeting.
5. Bring the love of that congregation back with you to your apartment and or cong.
