Also both. Love first, logic and reason second... but I don't actually believe that they are at odds. I think, as I think Leo said, that they are intertwined.

The logical choice, OUTLAW! Good morning to you also.
Thanks to you and all the other posters who give me something to think about. I need to feel less and think more ...

Funny, Outlaw :)
I need to feel less and think more
I am not so sure, dear CoCo (peace to you!). While you may need to think more, I can't see where that equates to feeling less. Perhaps most of us need to think AND feel more.
Again, peace to you!

I also disagree. You are a beautiful person right now, just as you are. That beauty in you shines for others and gives them peace, even just a momentary respite from harshness.

I'm in agreement with Lady Lee. Emotion and logic have both led me astray. (Having ADHD impairs my logic and makes me too emotional.) Intuition has proved to be more useful to me than I ever imagined.
I find that I'm pleasantly surprised by Leolaia's answer. Emotion and logic cannot exist separately, unless one is a psychopath (but that's another discussion altogether).

co-co- here are some musings---
Saving up money and possesions is a waste of time in a tribe, when you need to just worry about surviving to the next day.
Today, money allows you to survive without friends- hunter-gatherers needed friends and clan members to survive-
The hunter-gatherer who just went out and did it, killed it and shared it, had the respect of his tribe. The plannner/organizer type didn't bring home much food for today, while he was planning for his tomorrow.
The hunter/gatherer who kept his wealth for himself, lost the support of the tribe, so he would have been cast aside.
Thanks, AGuest and Tammy.
An inept turn of phrase regarding the immeasurable intangibles of life, I guess. We're all of us put together the same but different - we all think and feel, of course. LL and you, AG, mentioned intuition. Good one there.
I am scattered today, so not very in tune with expressions adequate to declare what tiny portion of the cosmos I am currently inhabiting. Your kindness trandscends any need on my part to talk ...
Love,
CoCo
Just now saw you, moshe and Vampire ...
Thanks. Need to read and ponder.
