OMG I got up and tripped over some cases I had on the floor. I landed on my forehead, left knee and left fist.
My glasses moved up and dug into my forehead so I have some pretty interesting marks there.
I have a doctor who lives two doors down from me and he came over and checked me out.
I didn't lose consciousness or have other signs of concussion. No broken bones.
But I am sore all over.
My doctor friend said if I have any problems to call him. Good to know he is there

I hope you are on the mend.
Hope you get better. Recently I fell off a ladder and was lucky to only bruise myself up, rather than break my leg or neck.
Think About It
There is a day in each of our lives, when falling down is no longer followed by jumping back up. Instead, falling down actually becomes a bit of an event. I'm not sure exactly when it happens. Glad you're ok, Lady Lee.
Sorry to hear/read,,So glad you didn't break anything! A few months ago I fell "wogging" downhill with my sister's new dog. Was stunned initially. Was able to get up slowly and walk. Didn't go to doctor (should have I guess) but still have a sensitivity in a left rib area.

no truer words. . . Not sure when I passed that but I did a while back
I'm still amazed there was no blood. I landed partly on my nose which sent the glasses up and into my forehead but my nose is fine.
And my hand is beginning to swell. I'm glad it is my left hand at least.
