No shit Sherlock. Would you like to know why? Let me explain it to you: The WTS is a cult. We were told all our lives that we alone were approved by God and that everyone else on earth was under the control of Satan. We were strongly discouraged from getting an education, or from having normal association and friendship with anyone who wasn't a Witness. We were humiliated in school from Grade 1 to Grade 12 and were not allowed to particpate in anything that our classmates were allowed to. This has been demonstrated to have a direct impact on one's self esteem and it never truly leaves you.

This site is an excellent stepping stone for those of us who have discovered that this religion isn't "the Truth", because when you do leave, many leave all their friends and family behind and are completely alone and they come here for support. Now if this bothers you, please let the board owner know and I'm sure he'll shut this site down immediately.
