    Thank you for your comments.

Well, I think that the "Jeet Kune Do" is possibly the strongest martial art in the world, IMO.
It is because that martial art has a "vital part" attack.

I still love bruce as well. However I would argue that there is no other person in the world who can practice Jeet. Jeet was bruce. Bruce was Jeet. Jeet always seemed to me to be "form without form".... anyone who tries to practace Jeet today is copying Bruce, thus using his "form" and denying the essance of Jeet... or maybe I need some coffee this A.M.

    Indeed.
Probably, since he is too great, nobody can catch up with him.

Elderlite hit the nail on the head with his "straight blast", LOL !

JKD is not and was never meant to be a style, but a set of principles with NOT style, it is to a certain extent, the MMA we have today.

Perhaps the Dog Brothers are the most correct interpretation of the JKD principles and philosphies that Bruce had.

JKD is all about taking what works best FOR YOU and making it work to the best of your ability, my JKD is NOT yours nor is yours mine, nor is it suppose to be.

Some think that unless you have trapping or strong lead forward you don't have or are not doing JKD, but that is breaking Bruce's first rule of JKD.

The First time I ever saw Bruce Lee was in the movie "Marlowe"

It's still impressive when he kicks out the ceiling lamp
