Several murders? If this man is a “fugitive” several murders would be of interest to the authorities. Why is it the letter has been leaked but not the man's identity?

I honestly would like to hear a Jw apologist explain this away. I came across this shortly after my exit - really in the midst of it - and knowing this became part of the lynch-pin of my determination to never go back.
Hiding a multiple murderer? Have these people no morals at all? If for no other reason - then to protect those in the congregation! We know they don't give a shit about the bird-food outside. But to allow a murderer in your midst without the 'brothers and sisters' knowing - what sort of insanity is that?
Of course, no apologists will show and comment. This cannot be defended!

So admitting murder is now a conscience matter, like blood, eh? The fact that he didn't reveal this matter to the elders before he was baptized doesn't make his baptism null and void? But he CAN be possibly DF'ed for smoking a joint.

I can't believe what I have just read! No offense, but why didn't you turn this letter over to the authorities? If I had access to it now that is exactly what I would be doing. If these cases are still unsolved, can you imagine how the families of these murder victims must feel? I am appalled!

Now that the letter's out in the open, several murders would attract the attention of the FBI if it had any real merit. It's not exactly a cold case that would be swept under the rug. They could likely chart the unsolved murder cases to the fugitive.
