people around here a soo sceptical, this is no wonder drug, nor is it a milk shake diet - I will not mince words when I say - this plan is a diet and exercise based plan that I will guarentee results....

seriously - what have you got to loose.???

Your faulty half-witted responses only justify my claim. Spare me.

Respond all you like with flames or evasive marketing. Fact is if its free.. why dont you post it here for all to see since apparently you have no issue advertising it? Or is it you just want peoples personal email addresses? Either way your a crock. You know it... and I know it... and everyone else here reading this knows it.

Besides.. if your a trainer.. how did you get into condition to need to lose 22kg in the first place?

    Points to ponder.

The true Kingdom of God is located in your heart, not an organization of hypocrites.

    'since time "memorial"'

Actually the correct way would be time immemorial, that would be unremembered time as compared to remembered time. Sorry, couldn't help it, since you don't like the original word anyway.

I don't think I could handle eating most of the shit on that list. Lobster and crab sound great though. Kangaroo?! Yer shittin' me!

Frick! what a bizarre shopping list. Don't think I could afford it.
