I did a cut and paste from a word doc, and thats mainly the reason why I asked people to contact me in the beginning. As for changing the way you eat in general, this is purly driven to loose weight and to make your bosy into a fat burning machine. Everyone knows that diet and exercise go hand in hand, it's just this plan will increase the level of body reduction and will literally burn fat no matter what you do.(Obviously you will lose it quicker if you exercise harder).
And as for Kangaroo meat,...you Yank's dont know what your missing! :P
...doubt not.
