Yes!
That is such a faith-strengthening occurrence.
Has happened on this here forum, I might add.

I have had a sense that God wanted me to talk to someone even though I wasn't praying about it.
Usually if that happens I just say hello to them and see what does or doesn't develop.

God has put peace and faith into my heart. Sometimes those get drowned out by other things... confusion, doubt, anger. I would say all negative emotions, but sadness isn't one of them. In fact, when I'm sad I tend to feel Him more, and that brings peace. But no matter how low or confused I sometimes get, I know that He will give me peace and strengthen my faith. He always has.
Also, yes, sometimes an answer will just come to me out of the blue. One that brings me that same peace, and also joy.
