I love the cemetary with the long tailed ghost. I hope you don't mind I copied the pic as an idea for my ghosties next year. The long tail really adds something to their floatyness.

The "long-tailed ghost" - I think you meant "ghosts" - are 99 cents-per-yard white muslin fabric from the sewing store... I think 2 yards would do for you... Just cut the yardage into long, thin triangles - those "ghosts" of mine are the triangular pieces left over after cutting out long skirts or dresses - very thin, long triangles...
And then I stuffed the "heads"with clear cellophane - the wrapping cellophane that the tombstones came wrapped in, as a matter of fact!! THAT cellophane was stiff and held a "round" shape, well... I did stuff a couple of them with balled-up aluminum foil, before I came up wih the "cellophane" idea - talk about recycling!!!
