lol bohm thanks for this compliment

... because the stupidity of what you are doing is transparent even to the newborns and farm animals of medium intelligence

as there was a time when I was considered not to have any intelligence at all. (Now my computer has coffee all over it - lol)

Curtains: It was todays "recent troubles with my girlfriends believing parents and i have not had my morning coffee yet"-post :-). I have a feeling that the people who told you that you was of no intelligence at all are the kind of people that turn the assertion into a compliment .

I hope i dont derail this thread. Djeggnogs immitation of the Black Knight of monthy python asside, Lee and Randys post has been most interesting, by pure coinsidence i was just reading "Combatting Cult Mind-control" yesterday .

Some people object to the term "mind control".

I don't care what you call it.

When an organization can convince parents that they should allow their children to die, rather than receive a lifesaving transfusion of red blood cells or plasma, something very disgusting is going on.

Normal parents will risk life and limb to protect their children. JWs will not.

I was once one of these disgusting parents. When the doctor told me that my wife that she might need an injection of red blood cells to save our unborn son, I told my wife that we would be faithful to Jehovah and he would make everything right.

Thankfully, this treatment was not needed, and even better, this incident WOKE ME UP from the cult-induced fog. If this had been an emergency situation, however, things could have played out quite differently, with me advising the doctors to let my son die.

The very thought of this sickens me.

Don't like "Mind Control"? Fine. Call it what you like. I was undeserving to be a parent, so long as I held these disgusting views. I'm so glad to be out of that cult I cannot put it into words.

Below is a recent photo of my son. He was once in danger, because I believed that a few men in Brooklyn received special information from God.

What LWT said! And your son is definitely a cutey.

Any organization that uses scripture to deter people from receiving life saving medical treatment needs to be avoided.

lwt He is adorable. Love him to bits and always keep him safe from the puppet masters

Speaking of puppet masters djeggnog Why don't you send YOUR puppet masters here to tell us what they truly think? You seem to think I am Randy's puppet and Randy is someone else's puppet.

But we KNOW you have a puppet master called the governing body who dictate policy for all JWs. So either produce them or give us some original thoughts

Dogpatch: Aha! But your evil puppet scheme has no chance to succeed. For years I have evidently anticipated this move and refused to wear socks. Or pants! Only now i know it was really divine foresight that guided me in these descisions!

Meanwhile, I hope Djeggnog will show up and elaborate on which convincing evidence lead him/her to this fascinating theory. Surely it cant just be something he/she made up on the fly!.
