Honey, we ALL know that you're not making this up!!! Based on our own experiences, of course... I, too, noticed - as a child and young adult - how many members of the congregation that I attended, were more than just a little 'mentally' or 'emotionally' "off"...
We can all attest to the truthfulness of your words, although some of us got out before the Watchtower Society REALLY started going after the limping and lame members of humanity...

(P.S. I'm VERY serious about that book. After hearing about Flipper's experiences, I suspect that the two of you could put together a pretty dynamic read.... I would sure like to see that happen!!!
And please - PLEASE - don't think that "no-one" would believe you. So-called "worldly" people are far more savvy than your fellow Jehovah's Witnesses; all one has to do is look at Jim Jones, Koresh, ad the "Peoples' Temple", among other examples, to realize how extreme cultish behavior can be - and the Watchtower Society hasn't reached THAT level of insanity - yet...
I seriously think your book would sell - hopefully sell quite well!!)
