My daughter and I buy a box or two of inexpensive Christmas cards and write thank you notes to people who put up extra pretty decorations on their houses. It's great fun to check out all the beautiful decorations and decide who is cardworthy. And it's definitely more fun to leave thank you cards than go in field service.

Nice idea Only me..only thing is they can ticket you for putting mail in a box without postage I think.
This will be my first year of picking out my own tree and putting it up. I am getting so anxious and want to do it now!..lol
My brother thinks I am nuts..(Because I am in a hurry to put it up).
I pulled out a box of decorations I had packed away from my Mom and Dad's house and plan to use them for the first itme. I went through some of it and it really brought back a bunch of memories..
I think to me it would be to watch any Christmas movies that will be on.
