I'm cooking a turkey Saturday. I'll make some stuffing, pick some collards from the garden, and make some assorted veggies. I've got plenty of pecans, 18 trees in my yard, but suck at baking pies. Maybe just a bag of hershey's kisses for dessert.

I've eaten all kinds of crap since Thanksgiving and I've got two more xmas parties to go to where there will be all kinds of sinfull goodness to munch on... I'll be glad when the holidays are over so I can go back to my sensible diet...

I've been good so far but I'm going to a family XMas party on Saturday morning with the grandkids and my SIL is making a full breakfast. He's excellent !

LOL, I'm up north Syl, we ain't eating pork tails up here. I don't mess with chitlins, pig's feet, none of that stuff. With the exception of ribs, bacon, ham, and a roast, I don't mess with swine.
