The CO and/or DO will make the decision.
And besides, as others have stated - if you don't want to go, don't go. Tell any busybodies that your pipes were frozen and you'll go to another one (which of course you don't have to do either).
This post breaks my heart. This just shows you the mind-boggling control the WTS has over a person's life, especially those that can't think for themselves, make a decision for themselves, or use their own powers of reason.....totally dependent on instructions from Mother. They evidently didn't even understand that when the weather is going to be that cold in an area that's not normally so frigid, you drip the water to keep the pipe from freezing. Their independent thinking capacity is next to nothing.
It's sad really. They sound almost afraid of how they are going to be judged if they don't attend the assembly!!!!
