Back in South Wales we had a sister who was a member of the remnant and ex special pioneer, when she became too frail she went to live with a retired CO and his wife. Though I'm not sure where that CO retired to or how he was funded.
Does anyone know what happens to full-time JW's(DO's, CO's, Missionaries, Special pioneers, etc) when they reach old age?

Another reason they brag 'no retirement' is that they also have been known to make some oldies that cant do anything, 'honorary pioneers'.

There are a couple of Trailers in the back of the KH I use to attend and two old COs and there wives lived in them.
A prominent elder (PO, Bethelite, former CO) and his wife lived in a trailer behind a KH I used to attend.
He died and she continued to live there until she died. Shortly thereafter the property was sold to Christendom and a non-denominational church owns the property.
