I think, its possible for this idea to be put into development. An E-Reader with Wifi is a possibility. It may cut down the production cost. Every child in the famaily could be persuaded to get a personal copy. A donation in lieu of cost can be insituted to all congregations. It could be like amazon kindle with 3G for world wide download. Moshe unbeknown to everyone,you may be advising the Watchtower on how to save costs provided they are reading this OP. As tablets becomes cheaper, a move toward customization may look attractive.
