Anyone who makes light of, and ignores the meaning of the term "brainwashing", is going to ignore everything one might say to them concerning the topic.

The elder is saying that he is not going to discuss the matter when he says "brainwashed" is equivalent to "having a clean mind."

He proves by his own words that he is a mental midget.
