I noticed the color difference too, but thought it was just how the light was shining on it.
It is possible that the binders are recycled from one Gilead class to another.
So color differences might be due to one binder being older than another, or perhaps, as White Dove mentions, it is just the the way the light is hitting it.
If anyone wants to see the photo, just put the following words into Google Images:
gilead patterson binders
the photo will be easily seen in the search results.

I would gather that the picture you posted could remain, as the image is so small you can't really identify the people in it.
