Since you know what 4:20 means,

    Learn something new everyday...

    Tammy

Slipping 4:20 into a conversation is used to identify oneself with the cannabis subculture, Tammy, like a secret handshake only funkier, and obviously not secret. If you pay attention to the news on April 20 next, you may catch an item or two about demonstrations for either the normalisation, decriminalisation or legalisation of cannabis use. It is just a coincidence that it also happens to be Adolf Hitler's birthday, no matter what some folks will tell you. Is the stuff good or bad? Depends on the use and the user. It has legitimate pharmaceutical value, is not addictive and has no known lethal dose, but it can bring on psychosis in a significant percentage of users and most definitely alters perception of reality in the rest, albeit temporarily.

edit. and, keeping with the theme of the OP, it has also been known to bring on religious-like experiences in some people.

    Sab:

    Massive INFP here.

I adore the INFPs that I have met throughout my life. Not that I've met that many considiering the rarity of the type. I can see the INFP characteristics of seeking truth and meaning all through this thread. I look forward to getting to know you better.

    Nick:

Would't mind at all, but my JW wife thinks it's evil, so I'd better not.

That's quite alright and I understand completely. Truth be told, I rarely toke anymore but not because I think it is evil. It IS expensive and hard to get at my age. Besides, I prefer to look at life through unclouded eyes. And I do not have worry about getting a bad case of the munchies and eating everything in the frige. The toke comment was a symbolic peace offering. Feel free to accept it or not.
