Because governments and such think its too expensive or not pragmatic to install seat belts in every bus to make it safer for the children being transported? Does that make any sense at all?

I was only teasing the theists amongst us... IMO God lives in our heads, or at least, the part of God that matters to us; so wherever you go, God is there.
