    That buckfast looks a bit like boone farm, lol! Available in the same size too.

    I couldn't understand them either besides a few words. What struck me, their apartments are nice. I saw granite countertops and wood floors. I'm jealous. I've got laminate and linoleum.

    I'm Scottish (East coast)

    I'll not hold it against you. I moved to Aberdeen for a while myself before coming to my senses.

    The little girl is funny. "he doesn't know he's moving out. Mummy says he's moving moving out cos he's doing my mummy's head in" 0:50 (my brother is annoying my mummy)

    Girl in black bikini - "are you still takin my gorgeous body in? (are you still admiring my body) me I'm a pole dancer, if any of you want a shot of me £10- a go... you've got to be rough and tough to stay aboot this area cos see if you're no people tramp o'er ye and if you get tramped over people take advantage of ye" (stand up for yourself or else)

    A few terms you could profitably add to your word-hoard there:

    crabbit = grumpy

    bam = unintelligent person

    daftie = unintelligent person

    wean = child

    bolt = run away/get lost

    I ken = I know (generally an east coast expression, but also used on the Ayrshire coast as here)

    Beyond the comic surface it is utterly depressing.

    I 'm from the UK and I cant even understand the most broadest Glaswegian accent, it's between that and The Geordie accent though, I remember some years ago listening to a group of Geordie girls and I did not get 90% of what they were saying

    Those of you lucky enough to get Australia's SBS can watch Shameless at 1:00 am on Saturdays.
