Ok we are on our way, two day drive but worth evey minute. I am so excited. Looking forward to meeting new people.

OK I am still really excited but it is taking us a little longer to leave, both of us not feeling the best yet but I am trying to be postive. Might need some help when we get there as I still cannot lift much.
But on the postive side my husband is coming and he is looking forward to it.
So now I think we are off for sure this time.

do you guys do this every year on the 4th in tahoe? we live about 90 mins away...and wouldn't mind coming maybe next year (this year's plans are already set). are little kids welcome...we've got 3 under 7. :)

2pink, the first line of Flipper's thread is "We are making plans for the 4th Annual South Lake Tahoe apostafest..." So it has been every year for that long. I imagine everyone hopes there will be another next year. You never know with these ex-JW's. There were huge fests in Wisconsin before I had the nerve to actually attend and by the time I faded enough to go, they had stopped having them.
But if Flipper and the gang don't have a "5th Annual," I am still pretty sure that they will have another eventually.
