  PALMTREE- It will be a fantastic great time for all ! You'll see some pictures after the apostafest for those who desire their pictures shown on a private thread. Those who don't wish to show pictures will have their wishes respected.

  Life Is Too Short and her hubby are having a tough trip down here as of today. My wife and I talked to her today on the phone. They have already traveled halfway here and her husband is having to be treated for pneumonia believe it or not. But he's taking antibiotics and hopefully a night in the hospital with fluids will assist him. Once they get down to sunny California it's warmer down here so hopefully her husband will get some rest in a warmer climate. My wife and I asked LITS if they still are coming and she said her husband REALLY wants to come - so we'll see how it goes for him. All of us will do anything we can to assist their situation.   Positive vibes going to LITS and hubby to make it or make the right decisions on what to do.

  Just checked in with the airline for tomorrow's flight. I am all packed. Flipper, I had to bring only one tennis racket, the second just won't fit with my tent and sleeping back in the suitcase, so bring the garage sale antique that Neanderthals used to play tennis with in case a fourth wants to join us.

  ANYONE READING THIS AND THINKING ABOUT COMING- if you could reasonably drive out for just the day on Saturday or Sunday, it is great to meet with fellow escapees from the asylum. It's worth all the trouble.

  JRK & OTWO- You guys have a safe flight out here and have a enjoyable plane ride ! OTWO- I'll bring the " archaic " tennis racket for anybody who needs it who may not have a racket. At least it has all the woven strings, threads, whatever it's called. Hey, it works ! You almost beat me last year with it ! LOL ! Can't be all THAT bad ! Peace out, Mr. Flipper

  How does the cosmos know I'm trying to leave town? Power outtage at work, my credit manager is out, it is month end,/quarter end/6mth stmt to bank, banker and 401k meetings today, the owner is here,etc etc etc...and they are trying to do a BBQ today. ai yi yi!

  DAGNEY- Isn't it always like that ? I've found that out as well- sure as shootin' - if I need to get out of town, hundreds of chores, errands, or other necessities come up delaying my trips out of town.   I won't be much of a challenge, but hope I get there in time to play Sat. I'm bringing me and my wife's tennis racquets, and her pink 'breast cancer' balls. Yes, my wife has pink balls, don't ask.
