I bet the young bully will now think twice before picking on someone bigger than him!
Hopefully, he'll think twice before picking on anyone, bigger or smaller. Hopefully, someone is emphasizing with him just how badly hurt he could have been by a body slam into the cement! (and also the bigger boy who did the slamming... even though he was defending himself here)
