  Its related, two very smart people, Hillary and the President, having disputes. Does America always need to be first boots on the ground, do our people in the Armed Services always need to be the first blood on these international conflicts. John Kennedy thought so at his point in history, but does that philosophy still hold water. Remember even Kennedy's actions caused the Bay of Pigs events to go badly. This President sees and knows the perils to our troops being first in and becoming chowder while the other developed nations come in late.

  Things were reversed in the Indo-Chin wars when France took a beating and then our Administrations walked in to a buzzsaw supporting corrupt regimes.

  Having the UN make a decision may prove the better solution, we'll see.
